Our equipment is listed below:

18 presses varying in size and performance with tonnage up to 400 tonnes, fed by NC systems.
130-tonne hydraulic presses.
-Salvagnini S4 punching machines with automatic loading/unloading handling sheet metal up to 2.5 mm thick.
– Press brakes up to 100 tonnes with a bend edge up to 3m.
– Salvagnini panel benders (mod. TB20 and P4) for bending blanks up to 2 mm thick, with a 127mm bend height and 1,700mm bend edge (specifications for special bends with radiussing and panels)
– Salvagnini L1 and L3 Laser cutting lines with store to increase the versatility of our production processes.
-Salvagnini S4 punching machine, new model featuring 9-tier store handling blanks up to 3 mm thick.
-Sawing machines with automatic loading and in-line brushing unit for cutting and deburring various tube sizes up to 80 mm in diameter.
-Robotic rotary MIG/MAG welding machines.
-ABB welding robot featuring two rotary tables for welding the top and underside of the piece.
-Manual and automatic spot welders.
-Epoxy powder coating system featuring 2 booths and automatic corona-charge guns for coating parts measuring up to 60x80x200 cm.

We also have a department for assembling special parts and offer the option of direct deliveries using our own truck.
The tooling department handles the manufacture, maintenance and design of dies and tools made to the customer’s specs and has its own:

-CNC milling machines supported by a 3D graphic station for developing dies.
-Wire EDM
-Radial arm drills
-Centre lathes
-Horizontal-spindle grinders
-Mechanical milling machines
