We have been processing sheet metal and designing finished and semi-finished products at IMT since 1985. We are a family-run business, founded and established in Trissino, in the province of Vicenza, which brings together a passion for craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology.

Our story:
a family tradition, a future of innovation

Our story began thanks to the vision and experience of Sergio Gentilin. After gaining significant experience as a skilled worker, Sergio embarked on an entrepreneurial path by joining Franco e Gentilin, a business founded in 1967.

He subsequently founded Gensco S.n.c., where he consolidated his role as an entrepreneur. In 1985, he established I.M.T. S.r.l., launching a new business venture in which, from the outset, he involved his children, Massimiliano and Stefania.

Over the years, we have grown together, transforming the company into a leading player in the sheet metal stamping and processing sector in north-eastern Italy.

Today we operate from a facility spanning over 6,000 square metres, with an in-house team of more than 30 staff, supported by a network of professionals specialising in design and engineering. This synergy enables us to offer high-quality products that are manufactured with attention, expertise and care for every detail.

Sustainability and Code of Ethics

We firmly believe that working in a sustainable and responsible manner is both a duty and an ethical choice. Every day, we are committed to ensuring production processes with a low environmental impact and to maintaining a positive, respectful and safe working environment for all our employees.
With this in mind, we have recently expanded our photovoltaic system, bringing its total capacity to 150 kW, thereby further reducing our consumption of energy from non-renewable sources and actively contributing to the energy transition.
