• Salvagnini panel benders for complex bends on sheets up to 2 m -> excluding TB20 and P4

Cutting and Punching

• Salvagnini punching machines with automatic loading/unloading – up to 1500x3000 mm

Tube cutting and Machining

• Automatic sawing machines with integrated brushing for tubes up to Ø 80 mm
• 3D CNC milling machines, conventional milling machines, lathes, radial drilling machines, surface grinding machines, EDM machines

Welding

• ABB robots with dual rotary tables for complete welding
• MIG welders (rotary and parallel), manual and automatic spot welders

Coating

• Epoxy powder coating booths with automatic spray guns
• Coating capacity for components up to 600×800×2000 mm

Our tooling department enables us to design and manufacture custom dies and tools, reducing both time and costs.
